About the role

We seek a talented Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Setsu Precision Technology (M) Sdn Bhd. This full-time position will be based in Meru, Selangor, and will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing and lead generation efforts.

What you'll be doing

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
   Write and publish weekly LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook articles showcasing our expertise and company updates.
   Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent engagement across platforms.
   Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
2. Website Updates & Maintenance
   Regularly update the company website with fresh content, including blog posts, product updates, and announcements.
   Ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices for improved search visibility.
   Collaborate with the IT and design teams to maintain an appealing and functional website.
   Conduct online research using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify potential clients (suspects).
   Build and maintain an organized database of leads.
   Initiate email outreach and follow-up communication to generate and nurture leads.
   Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
2. Open to Fresh Graduate
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in lead generation and conversion optimization
4. Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
6. Strong creative and copywriting skills to produce engaging, conversion-focused content
7. Experience in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals
