Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing and Admin Specialist to drive our marketing efforts and manage essential administrative tasks. This role is crucial for enhancing our online presence, particularly through SEO and blog strategies, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing AI tools and can communicate in Cantonese for internal collaboration.
This role offers opportunities to grow into a senior marketing or operations role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Branding:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract referrals.
- Create SEO-friendly blogs and website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to optimize website performance.
- Utilize AI tools for analytics, customer insights, and content creation.
- Regularly update marketing materials (website, business cards, flyers).
Administrative Support:
- Manage invoicing, financial tracking, and appointment scheduling.
- Streamline daily operations using AI solutions.
- Handle communication with clients and referrers to maintain excellent service standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- SEO and Content Marketing: Experience in creating and optimizing blogs and web content to drive traffic and improve rankings.
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing.
- AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and administrative tasks.
- Administrative Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing invoicing and schedules.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English for external communication; Cantonese for internal collaboration with management.
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing; familiarity with SEO tools is a plus.
