About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at AVERTEC SDN. BHD. In this full-time role based in Klang Selangor, you will play a key part in driving our digital marketing strategy and initiatives. As a Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing and optimising a range of online marketing campaigns to help grow our brand presence and reach new customers.

What you'll be doing

• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, META – Facebook & Instagram Ads, etc.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase website traffic.
• Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and paid promotions.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Maintain and update the company website regularly, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and potential areas for growth.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate digital marketing efforts and align strategies.
• Work with the web development team to implement new features and improvements.

What we're looking for

• 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Marketing & Communications and Digital & Search Marketing industries
• Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Proven competency in WordPress & Website Building Tools.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven, analytical approach to decision making
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
