Create compelling content for graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials by working with our creative and marketing team to captivate our audience and promote our products/services.
Create effective social media campaigns to generate quality leads.
Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audiences behaviors through A/B testing and data analysis to improve effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness and readership, like promotions and competitions based on social media insights, such as traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, and content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions, and lower cost of customer acquisition.
Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies with innovative ideas to stay ahead in the industry.
Develop and present learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations to facilitate ads decisions and control ads budget.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms, and propose innovative ideas to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
Carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities which are reasonably compatible with this job description and objectives.
Job Requirements

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Marketing or related disciplines.
Proven work experience in social media copywriting and/or digital marketing with more than 2 years of professional experience and a solid portfolio of work.
Experience in entrepreneurship or related field will be an added advantage.
Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise and familiarity with online paid advertising.
Excellent communication and writing skills for Chinese content.
Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.
