Job description

Lazada’s Key Account Managers work alongside Category Managers to identify sales opportunities and cultivate seller relationships. You will work across Lazada’s various departments, ensuring sellers can run their businesses smoothly and effectively on our platform. You will also be responsible for overseeing our product assortment and availability, gleaning insights and driving opportunities that maximise sales potential. You should possess a passion for e-commerce, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop key accounts within the Digital Goods (Digital Voucher) industry, focusing on building long-term partnerships and driving sales growth.
  2. Establish and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's footprint within assigned accounts.
  3. Negotiate and close deals with key clients, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
  4. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development to align on customer needs and ensure product offerings meet market demands.
  6. Regularly report on account performance, market insights, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Fluent in English; additional languages relevant to the target market are a plus.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
  5. Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
  6. Strong ownership and attention to details.
  7. Passion about improving both customer and seller experience.
  8. Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
