Job title: Sonographer

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations for out-patients, in-patients, and Wellness patients. Ensuring the equipment is in good condition and reporting any breakdowns or faults to authorized personnel are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. To perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
2. To maintain and care for ultrasound equipment, accessories, and other machines in the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
3. To assist the Radiologist with radiological and ultrasound procedures, such as biopsy under ultrasound guidance.
4. To monitor and order ultrasound disposables as needed.
5. To implement policies and procedures for the Diagnostic Imaging Department in liaison with management.
