DevOps Engineer

• Primary Skills: CI/CD, Python, Ansible, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, JIRA, DevOps integration
• Secondary skills: Test link, GIT, Jenkins, PHP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture.
• Basic database knowledge and best practices.
• Security awareness.
• GNU/Linux networking knowledge.
• Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Cloud knowledge (Private and Public).
• Knowledge on DevSecOps process and different tools (Jira, Testlink, GIT, etc.).
• CI/CD tools and platforms knowledge (Jenkins, CI/CD as a service, etc.).
• Ideally, candidate should be familiar with open-source technologies like Kubernetes, Kafka, Drools, Elasticstack, etc.
• Experience in Linux and Windows environment and scripting will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on different development, automation, build and test environments (VScode, Jenkins, etc.).

Requirement:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in DevOps.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle (agile, waterfall, etc.).
