Our team is looking for a DevOps Analyst who can handle related activities on all messaging integration processes. You will provide third level day-to-day operation support, and help investigate and resolve incidents that were not resolved in second level support. Cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams will be essential. You will apply your analytical skills effectively in this role.

As a DevOps Analyst, you will also be responsible for multiple project activities such as analysis, coding, documentation preparation, and involvement in problem management. Quality is paramount, and it is your responsibility to ensure all deployments meet the highest standards.

For any issues related to messaging and integration within the DHL Group environment, you will manage, propose, and implement necessary changes to the production environment in all IT Services Data Centers, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.

Having IBM MQ experience is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Linux commands and scripting, networking infrastructure, and Veritas cluster is also integral to this role.

You are a technology aficionado with a good understanding of SLA related ticket handling and incident management. You can work independently and prioritize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus advanced spoken and written English skills will be useful.
