Position: Senior Backend Developer (Full Stack Developer)

Location: Puchong, Selangor (5 mins from LRT Pusat Bandar Puchong Station) Salary: RM6,000 - RM8,000

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on API development and integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java, with a strong understanding of backend frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Docker, including containerization, orchestration, and deployment of microservices.
• Strong knowledge of database management, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g.: AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in building and deploying MVPs with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration of containerized environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automated deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React or Angular (beneficial but not mandatory).

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a quality assurance process for all software projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Coordinate with freelancers to implement automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Identify and document defects, and work with the technical team to resolve them.
