Design Project Manager

Job Responsibility

1. Manage the project plan and schedule, and coach project teams to achieve project goals.
2. Brainstorm with the team for concept design and translate IT into design detail drawings.
3. Highly creative with the ability to think outside of the box and a strong design sense.
4. Good in Space Planning, Concept Design, Presentation, Material Specification, and Technical Details for sizable projects.
5. Good at handling meetings, organizing the workforce, and creatively solving problems with value added.
6. Proficiency in writing and communicating with clients professionally.
7. Capable of motivating a team of designers with good communication and commitment.
8. Knowledge of Project Contracts, prepare, review, and edit all contracts and documentation.
9. Good positive attitude, responsible, can work well under pressure, and multitasking.
10. Skill in managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines.

Job Requirements

1. Min. 5 years of experience in interior design and related areas of project management.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Software.
3. Able to communicate in English.
4. Good project management skills with an understanding of construction, technical design detailing & drawings.
5. Highly creative individual with an ability to think out of the box and a strong design sense.
6. A positive attitude, responsible, can work well within teams, and multitask.
7. Skills in managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
8. Good at writing and communicating with clients professionally.
