Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design including product improvement, new product and cost down projects.
• Responsible for HVC designing, creating and updated product and part drawing.
• Liaise with supplier on technical discussion on prototype design parts, schedule, and delivery.
• Liaise with Berlin design team in term of design and drawing.
• Responsible in assembly / sub-assembly including processes in HVC.
• Technical support to production and IQA/OQA in term of parts dimension and tolerance of measurement.
• Backup to design/drawing of SA.
• Technical support to CCU of design drawing issue inter-related to MSA.
• Responsible to ensure the enforcement and control of 5S, Safety and environmental protection in the respective area.
• Perform other relevant task assigned by superior from time to time.

Required Education and Skills

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical / Product Design) or equivalent.
• 3 years in manufacturing environment or based on academic related fields.
• Solidworks skills and mechanical design knowledge is necessary.
• Having electro-mechanical contactor or solenoid/relay knowledge will be advantages.
