Design Consultant (Interior Design Fit-Out)

Homlux Interior Furnishing Sdn Bhd is an award-winning interior design and build company, certified with ISO and the highest grade of G7 in CIDB. Established in 1995, our HQ is based in Johor, with branches in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. Our team of 60 members include young professionals and experienced experts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries and understand their design needs, preference and budget requirements.
• To negotiate pricing, terms and contract with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• To do presentation for company's portfolio, design flow and services, and design proposal to clients.
• To cultivate and maintain good relationship with clients by addressing client concerns, providing excellent service, and maintaining open communication throughout the sales process.
• To stay informed about design trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to position the company effectively in the market.
• To collaborate with design team, QS, procurement and project team to ensure seamless project implementation in term of budget controlling, on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• To monitor monthly collection.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture
• 4 years of working experience in Interior Design field, preferably in Commercial
• Possess excellent presentation skill and interpersonal skill
• Ability to deal with different levels of people
• Basic + high design commission + attendance allowance
