Deputy Production Manager (Precast Construction)

The Deputy Production Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing production processes. Key duties include:

• Identifying and addressing operational and maintenance issues to prevent delays.
• Designing, updating, and implementing standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Optimizing production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
• Maintaining and improving equipment and processes related to efficiency, cycle times, and capacity.
• Assisting the Production Manager in leading supervisors and workers to ensure timely production and delivery of precast components.
• Coordinating with Quality Control, Sub-contractors, technical teams, Material Procurement, and the Mould team for smooth production flow.
• Following up on preventive measures and corrective actions.
• Proficient in interpreting production-related drawings.
• Knowledge of building construction, precast and prefabricated products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or the precast industry.
• Prior experience in precast projects is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Ulu Choh, Johor.
