1. Trace the delivery schedule of critical material to meet the demand of the production line.
2. Make slow-moving & excess report and push related department to deal with it.
3. Lead MPS and production planning management.
4. Manage PMC KPI (OTD, DOH, inventory control, and so on).
5. Develop local PMC department process.
6. On-site management for all PMC team members.
7. Establish local team to run PMC individually.
