Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience; added advantage for those from the automotive industry.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Possess a minimum of a diploma or equivalent.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support the business division on day-to-day Human Resource operations including recruitment, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, and employee relations.
• Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview & selection.
• Prepare salary proposals, Letters of Employment, and provide onboarding support to new joiners.
• Compile and analyze staff attendance records for disciplinary issues.
• Coordinate staff probationary/confirmation reviews and conduct exit interviews.
• Coordinate Annual Review submissions from respective branches for approval.
• Handle staff grievances, employee engagement activities, and industrial relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Provide HR data and reports as required for ISO audits, compliance, and regulatory requests.
