Deputy General Manager, Project Implementation (Based in Johor)

• To lead and support the project implementation team, coordinate with consultants and other departments for successful and efficient project implementation, completion, and handover for all pre, during, and post-development of the project.
• To conduct ad-hoc/weekly/fortnightly discussions or meetings with the project team, consultants, and other departments for coordination required for project implementation and CCC.
• To implement MS ISO requirements, quality standards, and requirements to build good quality products and manage defects efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and expectation.
• Compliance with ISO requirements, achieve a minimum of 70 points for QLASSIC and 75 points for internal in-process quality (IPQ) assessment, achieve an average number of defects/unit < 10 for all units.
• To prepare and manage the progress of the project to achieve targeted rates of work & financial forecasts for the company's annual business plan.
• To monitor, manage, and ensure project site progress and resolve site issues promptly and efficiently to ensure R.O.W and financial forecasts are achieved for the business plan.
• To ensure HSE compliance and relevant authority requirements during project implementation for smooth and successful completion of the project without public complaints/statutory penalties/stop work orders.
• To monitor the project implementation team and ensure compliance with Best Management Practices (BMPs) and relevant authority requirements for the property development and construction industry as well as necessary liaison with relevant authorities.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Building or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in supervision of civil/building/infrastructure works in property development.
• Experience in high rise will be an added advantage.
• Able to lead, execute, and implement works on site with knowledge and years of experience in the construction line.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with QLASSIC standards and regulatory requirements in property development.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
