Job Description

General

1. Driving the execution of strategic business plans in a medium to large organization
2. Leading and aligning people towards achieving the vision and values in a large and dynamic organization

Business/ Operations

1. Managing operational costs and budgets
2. Establishing quality control standards and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
3. Developing policies, standards, and procedures for production division
4. Analyzing and determining solutions for complex engineering and production problems
5. Driving large-scale improvement projects in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

People/ Stakeholder Management

1. Leading operations teams preferably for a medium to large-scale manufacturing organization (handling multiple production lines with more than 200 direct or indirect staff)
2. Working experience in a complex organization, navigating, and influencing multiple stakeholders to achieve results
3. Executing talent and succession programs preferably for a medium to large-scale manufacturing organization with more than 200 direct or indirect staff

Others

1. Any other tasks assigned by your superior.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
2. Minimum 12 years of working experience in process manufacturing.
3. Manufacturing technologies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
4. Lean manufacturing concepts and operational efficiency methods and practices
5. Crafting Strategic Business Plans for operations
