Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deposit Relationship Manager, located in Greater Johor Bahru. The Deposit Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of deposit accounts, developing long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing client needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. Additionally, the manager will ensure compliance with banking regulations and work closely with other departments to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of deposit products and banking regulations
  • Experience in relationship management and client servicing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sales and business development skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in relevant banking software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
