The Role

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assists dentists with various dental procedures, including preoperative preparation and chairside support.
2. Manage patient appointments, records, and billing processes.
3. Ensure that infection control procedures are carried out, including sterilization and sterilization of instruments.
4. Provide oral hygiene guidance and post-operative care advice to patients.
5. Answers patient questions and provides excellent customer service.
6. Supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
7. Clear career paths from dental executive to senior dental executive, clinic supervisor and regional manager.

Ideal Profile

Job Requirements:

1. Must be proficient in Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.
2. Diploma in Dental Nursing/Assistant is preferred.
3. Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to participate in ongoing training and development projects.
