DENTAL EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST (PENANG)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Dental equipment maintenance at Pulau Pinang state.
2. Ensure timely response and resolution of all customer complaints by assigning, assisting, or attending to all such requests.
3. Provide technical know-how and support to subordinates.
4. Ensure submission of all reports and other relevant documents stipulated by management.
5. Ensure all documents are verified and filed in the State offices per the concession agreement.
6. Monitor daily operations, KPIs, staff coordination, task delegation, and advise on any technical problems.
7. Monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for recording Capex assets like Test and Loaner equipment. Conduct periodic physical counts of CAPEX assets.
8. Manage overall performance, operation, and general administration.
9. Coordinate team communication between all departments by State or HQ.
10. Prepare & review the penalty records for the VCM meeting.
11. Present team performance at the State/MoH meeting.
12. Encompass team activity planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
13. Perform induction program for newly joined staff.
14. Any other duties that management may assign from time to time.

Schedule Maintenance Work Order

1. Maintain the Master SM Schedule for all the Biomedical equipment as per contract.
2. Monitor and complete the Schedule Maintenance Work Order as per the schedule for all Biomedical equipment available in the contract.
3. Perform Schedule Maintenance as and when required.
4. Achieve 100% PPM completion and 0% penalty on Schedule Maintenance.
5. Monitor and complete the Statutory Certification (JKKP) for compressors as per schedule.
6. Responsible for all statutory matters related to the compressor.
7. Daily monitoring of SM WO at ILKKM.

Unscheduled Maintenance Work Order

1. Monitor and control the Breakdown Maintenance work order of Dental Equipment at Pulau Pinang State.
2. Daily monitoring of the BM work order and taking necessary action.
3. Perform Breakdown Maintenance as and when required.
4. Achieve 100% Repair and Response KPI and 0% penalty.
5. Ensure the overall penalty does not exceed 3% of its revenue for Dental Equipment for Pulau Pinang State.
6. Prepare stock requirements (Spare parts and Standby equipment) to ensure the penalty is less than the set target.
7. Prepare minimum stock level of spare & consumables and get approval from management.
8. Maintain the Dental Standby equipment.
9. Analyze the reasons for frequent failure and repeated breakdown of the Dental Chair and Dental Delivery Unit and take necessary action to rectify the problem.
