Candidate must possess: at least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Dentistry, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years of working experience in the related field is advantageous.
Transport: Must have own transport or be able to travel easily to workplace.
Preferred Experience: Experience as a Dental Clinic Receptionist is definitely welcomed.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate to use basic Dental Clinic Management software and be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Personality: Must have a pleasant personality and be able to fix appointments effectively, follow up on recalls, and convince patients to keep their appointments.
Client Handling: Must be able to handle irate clients diplomatically and solve complaints at the front desk independently.
Punctuality: Must always be punctual and take full responsibility for keeping appointment books filled and updated.
Administrative Skills: Basic administrative and accounting/book-keeping knowledge is useful.
Communication Skills: Must be skilled in emailing, letter writing, etc.
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday; Saturdays 8.30 am to 3 pm; Sundays and Public Holidays off.
