Job description
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and execution of a diverse menu featuring local and international cuisine.
  • Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior members of the kitchen staff.
  • Participating in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment in the kitchen.
