Exciting news! Mount KL Bar & Lounge is set to open in April 2025, bringing an exceptional dining and nightlife experience to KLCC. We are looking for passionate and talented individuals to be part of our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
2. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
3. Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
4. Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies.
5. Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
6. Properly washing and storing all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
7. Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Basic cooking knowledge in Western and Asian cuisines.
2. Willing to learn and passionate about food.
3. Must be a teamwork personality and serious in work.
4. Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly.
5. Excellent self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
6. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
7. Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
