Our mission is to ensure accurate forecast and timely product availability is essential for maintaining a smooth supply chain and meeting customer expectations.

The Demand Planner Executive is responsible for forecasting future customer demand and collaborating with sales and marketing to ensure that the supply chain aligns with predicted demand.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaboration – Working closely with the Go-To-Market team to understand demand forecast drivers. Conduct consensus call meetings with account salespersons to review sales history and forecasts and discuss corrective action as required. Conduct monthly demand forecast signoff meetings with Regional and Global Sales Leads. Work closely with the Supply Planning Team to ensure demand changes are communicated timely for plan adjustments.
• Data Analysis – Utilize statistical models and software tools to improve forecasting accuracy. Perform daily/weekly core activities to maintain software tools.
• Reporting – Create and present reports on demand forecasts. Monitor and report on important changes in forecasts. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports timely.
• Performance Monitoring – Track forecast accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to forecasting methodology.
• Master Data Creation and Maintenance – Manage, change, and create material codes, customers, and supply routing in SAP and BY JDA or any planning tools system.
• Training and Support – Provide training on Demand360, PBI dashboard, and support to new users.
• Improvement Projects and Training – Participate in improvement projects and training assigned.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or any related field
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in demand planning within the ingredients, flavors manufacturing industry, especially on a Global or Regional level
• English fluency, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP & Blue Yonder planning tools and Power BI is advantageous
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint are desirable
