Delivery and Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibility

1. In charge of delivery arrangements, including preparing Delivery Orders, Shipping Documents, and other related paperwork.
2. Provide direction and guidance to drivers and assistants to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
3. Track and monitor truck movements, troubleshoot delivery issues, and address complaints promptly.
4. Review delivery orders, plan and coordinate delivery activities, and allocate workload fairly among team members.
5. Control warehouse and logistics costs through efficient management.
6. Assist in inventory stock control to maintain optimum levels and notify Purchasing Department when stock is low.
7. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure delivery specifications are met.
8. Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks such as receiving and storing goods are performed efficiently.
9. Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics, purchasing, and sales, to support overall operational efficiency.
10. Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
3. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
4. Knowledge of transportation and delivery regulations.
5. Good communication skills with the team.
6. Well-developed problem-solving skills to settle sudden cases.
