Job Description

Position Objectives:

• Troubleshoot and analyze failure devices or PCBA boards to ensure line FOR meets target.
• Ensure failure devices or PCBA boards are analyzed on time to fulfill LOP requirements.
• Update Debug reports on time and keep them up to date.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and analyze failure devices or PCBA boards.
2. Analyze problems using problem-solving techniques (BPS’s Problem Solving Sheet, %-Why, etc.) and provide timely temporary and permanent countermeasures to achieve Sales Test (PDI) and FOR targets.
3. Responsible for daily shift fall rate report and input into MIS.
4. Assist superior in carrying out various studies for quality improvement.
5. Liaise with engineering groups for new product knowledge.
6. Liaise with TEF7 Engineer or EPP-P Engineer for any NTF improvements.
7. Create an environment that is culturally embedded in a “Quality First” mentality.
8. Instill a continuous improvement mentality at the production operator level.
9. Complete scheduled jobs provided by superior.
10. Assist superior with 5S and housekeeping processes.
11. Basic awareness of ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO/TS 16949.
12. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Debug troubleshooting in ICT or Testing background).
• Able to maintain a healthy working environment and teamwork within the department and with other departments.
• Able to lead a team in a cross-functional manner to solve problems.
