As the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the dealership. You will lead a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve sales targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve the brand's competitive edge.
- Oversee the daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, finance, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer service culture to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve employee performance.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on dealership performance, market trends, and future plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable dealership.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
- Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
