Lead data-related activities for up to 24 months in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

• Connect Data Migration Warehouse and scope field and value mapping with the data team and local D&T team.
• Cleanse, clear, and enrich data with impact assessments and lead all data activities in line with the project programme.
• Drive value mapping with functional SMEs and involve stakeholders in data assessments and workshops.
• Implement new Data Governance with the C&C team.
• Identify and manage critical data issues and risks with recommendations for mitigating actions.
• Work with the central data team, regional data hub, and local D&T team.
• Oversee data clearing activities with the local Finance team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of work experience.
• Experience in data management with Master data management tools.
• Familiarity with business process management and IT systems.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Team player with collaborative and delivery skills.
• Comfortable working within a framework and following rules to deliver high quality results.

Your role in HEINEKEN: This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months. In your role as a Data Lead, you will work with the central data team and local D&T team to create the connection with the Data Migration Warehouse and support initial scoping of field and value mapping.
