Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities

• Assist in keying in production data into the Company’s system.
• Assist in filling documents, maintain and update databases.
• Assist in maintaining files of documents used and prepared.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the filing system from time to time.
• Assist superior in preparing production reports (i.e., volume of production, other aspects of production, combining the data into reports).
• Ensure and verify the accuracy of data with the production team.
• Cooperate with business development, production, and other departments to ease the workflow.
• Carry out any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Skill / Knowledge & Certification:

• Minimum of Diploma in Management / Business Administration or relevant field.

Working Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar position.
• School leavers are welcome.

Special Skill/Knowledge

• Good command of written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and good working attitude.
• Committed, mature, and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work additional hours when necessary.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 will be an added advantage.
