Join Allana Malaysia Foods SDN BHD as a full-time Data Entry (Account) professional based in Kuala Lumpur. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining financial data to support the organisation's accounting and reporting processes.

What you'll be doing

• Entering financial data such as invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting system with a high degree of accuracy
• Reconciling accounts and checking for discrepancies
• Generating reports and documents as required by the finance team
• Providing administrative support to the accounting department
• Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless data management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or accounting support roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
