About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team at ALLANA MALAYSIA FOODS SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is an integral part of our Administration & Office Support department, responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing critical data to support the overall operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately input data into various software systems and databases
• Perform data entry tasks such as transcription, verification, and maintenance of records
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data handled
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any data-related issues
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed

What we're looking for

• Excellent typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated experience in a data entry or administrative role
