Data Analyst & Marketing Support Specialist

Purpose

Under only general supervision, responsible for various duties within sales and distribution. Supports the sales force by providing information and analysis that help drive the delivery of Zurich products and services to customers and distributors.

Key Accountabilities

1. Independently researches and business development opportunities.
2. Utilizes industry knowledge and expertise to implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
3. Consultation to field sales personnel.
4. Uses industry knowledge to respond to inquiries from distributors and provide clear resolutions to various issues as they arise.
5. Resolve operational customer-distributor (or other partner) management activities (e.g. remuneration, sales initiatives, event management, cross-selling), ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is extended to all internal and external customers.
6. Identifies opportunities for improvement by monitoring business processes and keeping abreast of industry developments.
7. Participates on assigned project teams.
8. Analyzes competing process methodologies and efficiencies in order to contribute to process improvement.
9. Develops customer or distributor reports to help prepare for key tenders and meetings, including commentary and an analysis of trends to facilitate decision-making where required.

9. Assist in yearly GWP Forecast for GI Agency
10. Assist in yearly GWP Budget breakdown into branches and LoB
11. Monthly monitoring of selected agents
12. Daily Branch Reports to Branches
13. Motor Profitability Analysis: Loss Ratio/Windscreen/Z-Rider
14. Private Car with Attachment Report and Analysis
15. Agent Profitability Analysis - by Motor and Non-Motor Loss Ratio
16. Agent Segmentation Slides and Analysis
17. Monitoring Fire Growth Report by Branches
18. Monthly ZT production by ZI agents
