Data Analyst – Business Insights Division

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for business analytics projects for customers.
• Create reports, dashboards & analysis using multiple tools (training will be provided).
• Work with team members to collect requirements and fully understand the business requirements.
• Able to analyze and discover the key data dimensions from business process information.
• Able to identify correlations and derive conclusions.
• Interpret data and transform it into valuable business insights.
• Uncover patterns in data, develop models, and evaluate the validity of solutions.
• Design and operationalize Power BI dashboards.
• Build and conduct in-depth analyses of data to identify business trends.
• Regularly review deployed models and monitor for continual improvement.
• Document project plans, model workflow diagrams, predictive analytics test results, statistical analyses, model conclusions, and business solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or relevant education.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred; fresh graduates will still be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in preparing datasets using Python libraries and modules such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Pickle, TKinter, and PyQT5.
• Understanding of ERP platforms and business logic is an advantage.
• Experience in big data platforms is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in Python is a must; R and other languages are an added advantage.
• Good understanding of machine learning models and how to apply such models to business solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying scripts is a must.
• Good at numbers, calculations, and the use of statistical tools to analyze data.
• Able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Possess leadership skills to coach and guide subordinates.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
