About the role
Under the guidance of the Competitor Analytics Manager, you will become an integral part of a team of data analysts, working collaboratively with key partners across SEEK. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver analytical solutions that offer valuable insights into SEEK's competitive positioning within the marketplace. This will involve developing dashboards, generating reports, and conducting comprehensive analyses.
We’re seeking a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. You must demonstrate sound judgment under pressure, a solid background in analytics, and knowledge of report automation. Attention to detail, organizational excellence, and strong communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate has a keen understanding of market dynamics with a proven ability to recognize partner needs and convert them into practical insights. You will help teams across the organization confidently track SEEK's competitive standing, evaluate how market changes affect our position, and communicate important performance indicators clearly.
