Data Analyst

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from multiple sources to support business decision-making.

- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

- Work collaboratively with various departments to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.

- Monitor data integrity, accuracy, and consistency, implementing improvements to data processing and reporting systems.

- Conduct trend analyses, forecast outcomes, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.

- Create and maintain documentation for data models, reporting systems, and processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, and data visualization tools.

- Specific Requirement: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Tableau for creating complex dashboards and data visualizations that support strategic decision-making.

- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and draw meaningful insights.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
