The Data Analyst is expected to have a strong background in business and marketing data analysis and be able to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the user experience on the Senheng app.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and preferences to assist in the creation of app development and marketing strategies.
Create and assemble dashboards using current data providers' platforms for the respective business units.
Build predictive models together with data vendors to forecast user behavior and engagement.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the user experience on the Senheng app.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to identify and prioritize opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Collect and analyze data: responsible for the coordination and working with data vendors for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large amounts of data to uncover insights and patterns that can inform business decisions.
Build predictive models: manage data vendors in building predictive data models for various business units.
Visualize and communicate data: create visualizations and other representations of data using available tools to help communicate insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on integrating data from Google Analytics and CDP platforms.
Competency in using GA4, Customer Data Platform Analytics, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and experience using data visualization tools would be an added advantage.
Attention to detail and meticulous.
