As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the analysis of data from various sources and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate proactively with team members to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Assist in gathering and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and potential business opportunities.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI (or similar tools) to communicate findings in a clear and compelling way.
• Create detailed reports that simplify complex data and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions tailored to specific needs.
• Mentor and support interns in their professional development, offering guidance on data analysis best practices and project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, or recent graduates with strong academic background and project experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and uncover trends and patterns.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
• Experience with data preparation and cleaning from various data sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Social Media/E-Commerce is an added advantage.
