We are currently seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Support Engineer to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As a Cybersecurity Support Engineer, you will:

1. Support Fortinet’s customers globally and may travel within APAC region to meet up with customers when necessary.
2. Understand customer network/security implementation and requirement technically.
3. Perform technical issue analysis, troubleshooting and consultation for customers.
4. Provide effective communication with customers and colleagues.
5. Manage customer expectations correctly.
6. Provide technical solution recommendations or workarounds for any Fortinet product model limitations/known issues.
7. Perform customer case management and escalation.
8. Reproduce customer issues/bugs in Fortinet APAC lab.
9. Perform Fortinet’s Product bug management and escalation to the engineering team.
10. Provide technical consultation to Level-1 engineers.
11. Keep improving technical knowledge and updating the latest network/security technology and protocols.
12. Share knowledge, ideas, and experiences within the team.
13. Contribute to the team's success and be a good team player.

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

1. 4-7 years working experience in networking/security related field.
2. In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP.
3. Experience in TCP/IP, dynamic routing, and L2/L3 network protocols implementation.
4. Good communication and written skills in English.
5. Sense of urgency and capability to handle tense situations.
6. Positive, communicative, and customer-oriented attitude.
7. Having any industry certificates will be an advantage (NSE4, NSE7, FCNSP, CISSP, CCNP, CCSP, CCNA).
8. Experience in security products and technology (e.g., Firewall, IPS, DDoS).
9. Good exposure in Unix/Linux environment would be a plus.
10. Experience in system integration and multi-vendor environments.
11. Experience in data center deployment.
12. Experience in wireless access points.
13. Experience in SQL databases.
14. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
