As a Manager I, Cyber Security, you will be part of the Information Security Reporting and Trust team, responsible for the collection, analysis, and visualisation of data to create informative dashboards and reports. You will interpret information to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Develop regular metric reports and dashboards for various audiences including senior management stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Interpret complex data and create visually attractive reports to convey key messages and highlight risks.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with the information security leadership team to present metrics performance against Worley’s risk appetite.
- Facilitate routine phishing campaigns and deploy cybersecurity awareness training.
- Analyse user behaviour data from phishing simulations and provide summaries of results.
- Identify measures to increase reporting efficiencies through streamlining processes and automation.
What you’ll have
- 10 years or more experience in a cybersecurity, digital or governance role in a global organisation.
- Proactive with a high attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Willing to take on new challenges and manage multiple work priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO27001) and risk management methodologies is preferred.
