About the Job
We’re looking for a Manager I, Cyber Security to join our Malaysia team. As a Manager I, Cyber Security, you will be part of the Information Security Reporting and Trust team with the responsibility for the collection, analysis, and visualisation of data to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop regular metric reports and dashboards for various audiences including senior management stakeholders, Group Executive and the Board.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that reporting deadlines are met.
- Interpret complex data and create visually attractive reports to convey key messages and highlight risks to allow senior leadership to make operational decisions.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with the information security leadership team to present metrics performance against Worley’s risk appetite.
- Facilitate routine phishing campaigns for global and targeted groups via our phishing platform and deploy cybersecurity awareness training.
- Analyse user behaviour data from phishing simulations executed and provide summaries of results to drive changes in cultural awareness.
- Identify measures to increase reporting efficiencies through streamlining of processes and automation.
Qualifications
- 10 years or more experience in a cybersecurity, digital or governance role in a global organisation.
- Proactive with a high attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information presented.
- Willing to take on new challenges with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple work priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO27001, Essential Eight) and risk management methodologies will be viewed favourably.
