Key Responsibilities
Solution Expertise & Presentation Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their security challenges and presenting tailored cybersecurity solutions. Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements. Collaborate with internal teams to design and present architecture diagrams, technical workflows, and solution overviews.
Sales Support Partner with sales teams to identify client needs, create value propositions, and develop customized solution proposals. Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and security assessments. Engage with potential clients to answer technical questions and address concerns during the sales cycle.
Customer Engagement Participate in client meetings to gather technical requirements and align them with the company’s cybersecurity offerings. Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations to facilitate trust and adoption.
Market Insights & Strategy Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams. Contribute to the creation of technical marketing collateral, including whitepapers, blogs, and webinars.
Post-Sales Handover Work closely with post-sales and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment. Provide technical knowledge transfer and assist in defining client success metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent.
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and container security.
Experience creating PoC environments or working on technical sales proof-of-value projects.
