Represent the company as a TISO officer to address any Cybersecurity related matters.
Manage, plan & lead any cyber & technology security related projects initiated by Group & the company.
Continuous evaluation & provides advice on any implementation of new security tools & procedures to increase the maturity level of IT information security standards.
Attend meeting with the Group & provide status updates relating to Cyber & technology security related tasks.
Provide cyber & technology security advice to IT Working Group in any technical issues relating to projects & BAU.
Assist with other IT related matters to ensure open issues / WIP tasks are closed within agreed timeline.
Work closely with the Infrastructure team (IT Dept) & carry out the day-to-day security monitoring and compliance tasks, specifically:
Monitor security logs and perform remediation actions, e.g.: monitor server and network security event logs, monitor FDE/IP Guard security logs, detect abnormalities, carry out remediation actions.
Monitor Security KPI reporting covering Server hardening checklist, VPN, AD, Privileged IDs & any technology security reviews.
Perform ad-hoc security monitoring and investigation.
Review existing Information Security policies & procedures.
Assist in IT Infrastructure, servers and desktop systems, including troubleshooting, repairing, preventive maintenance, cyber security, backup, etc.
Assist in IT network infrastructure (LAN and WAN) including administration, implementation, problem solving, upgrading, etc.
Support internal users within the company on matters related to computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, e-mail system, software licensing, internet connectivity, etc.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or a technology related field.
Professional Information security certification.
Minimum 4 years working experience in IT Security related field.
Possess good knowledge of cybersecurity relating to IT infrastructure & applications.
Solid knowledge of various cyber security frameworks.
Good problem-solving & analytical skills.
Knowledge of current technological trends in the IT industry, including LAN, WAN, internet technologies, telecommunications, operating systems, software, network cyber security, compliance and databases.
In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as OS/400, Windows 2000, firewall systems, router, LAN troubleshooting, etc.
Effective team player with good interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
IT networking and programming skills.
Infrastructure documentation and event reporting capabilities.
Knowledge in supporting Linux, Oracle & Application Programming Interface (API) will be an added value.
