Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Officer, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Customer Support Officer will handle day-to-day customer support tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving queries. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing customer service interactions, and using analytical skills to improve service delivery and problem resolution.


Qualifications

  1. Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  2. Focus on Customer Satisfaction
  3. Technical Support skills
  4. Analytical Skills to improve service and problem resolution
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Experience in the EV or automotive industry is a plus
  8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
