Customer Support Executive II

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Customer Support

Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in administration field
  • Customer orientation, dynamic, self-motivation and planning skills
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Systematic and organized and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu

Responsibilities:

  • Key account for assigned customers
  • Manage customers’ account
  • Handling all correspondence with customers
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems
  • Monitoring Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD)
  • In case of emergency to escalate important issue to management
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Knowledge in set management including scrap replacement and gap management
  • Responsible for sending weekly report and inspection report to customer
  • Assisting in logistic and forwarding issue on airfoil parts
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, Company rules and regulations at all times
  • And any other tasks assigned

Maintenance Technician

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Maintenance

Requirement:

  • Minimum Certificate / Professional Certificate or Diploma in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, robotics field or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
  • Possess technical troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge in machinery/facilities equipment’s spare parts
  • Knowledge in PLC and CNC troubleshooting skills is added advantage
  • Basic knowledge and experience in store inventory management
  • Self-motivated and possess good working attitude
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skill and assertive
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc

Responsibilities:

  • Able to diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic components such as PLC, motor control, transformers, chiller and electrical components by using variety of testing devices
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks for machines and building related to mechanical, electrical and electronic components
  • Able to plan, organize and prioritize given tasks
  • Good knowledge of various test equipment
  • Able to understand and read machines or facility equipment such as operation manual, mechanical diagrams, electrical schematic diagrams or robotic system
  • Perform maintenance administrative duties such as maintaining equipment records, purchase request to order spare parts and preparing reports of day-to-day tasks
  • Responsible for the maintenance store where tasks include collection, control of stocks, reorder, manage inventory stock levels (min and max); perform monthly stock takes (count) and justify any discrepancies
  • Understand and able to execute 5S, KAIZEN and TPM according to standards
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior or any other person designated

Process Engineer

Status: Full Time/Permanent

Team/Role: Process Engineering

Requirement:

  • Degree in Aerospace/Material Science/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Process Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
  • Working experience in Maintenance Repair and Overhaul within an aviation environment is an added advantage
  • Able to read technical material, develop analysis and make recommendations
  • Good knowledge and experience in one or more of the following processes preferred: TIG Welding, Plasma Spray, Heat Treatment, Machining, Shot Peening, Welding Technology or Diffusion bonding/coating. Non-Destructive Test: RT (Digital Radiography) or Penetrant Testing (PT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement, quality management and lean principles
  • Familiarity with PFMEA and Control Plan is an added advantage
  • Initiative, analytical and motivated
  • Able to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for process engineering aspects of any related repair component within the product portfolio and support to New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
  • Introduce and implement new repair processes into the production lines of ASSB
  • Create and support Technical Work Instruction (TWI) and other related technical documents
  • Perform and supervise commissioning and acceptance of equipment and machinery for ASSB
  • Develop detailed process procedures and/or compile the documentation for the individual repair process and efficiently implement the processes
  • Optimize existing repair procedures to improve in-process rejection and rework
  • Support, perform (if required) and supervise First Article Inspections (FAI) activities
  • Evaluate and to update applicable changes from revised Original Engine Manufacturer (OEM) Manual and to incorporate it into internal ASSB work instruction e.g. Process Instructions, etc
  • Support Production in improving the effectiveness of production lines with regards to processes in identifying the root cause and provide its solutions to the problems
  • Liaise with Maintenance and Product Engineering team to develop and modify tools as and when necessary to improve a specific process
  • Carry out a continuous improvement to the effectiveness of processes with regards to consumable materials
  • Communicate with OEM on all engineering topics, vendors with regards to any engineering task or component repair, shareholders and respective Engineers
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times
  • Perform other technical tasks as assigned by the superior or any other person as designated

Accounts Executive III

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Finance

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and AP processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power BI, etc.) for financial analysis.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Oversee the end-to-end AP process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments.
  • Review, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders (PO), good receipt note (GRN) and contracts.
  • Manage payment cycles, ensuring adherence to company policies and cash flow requirements. Prepare payment schedules and prioritize payments based on due dates and cash flow availability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
  • Maintain proper documentation for AP transactions in compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax, SST, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly tax and deferred tax computation including tax schedules, CA, IBA and provision movements.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary compliance measures.
  • Support tax audits by preparing necessary documents and liaising with tax authorities.
  • Assist in tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize tax exposure.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements related to Accounts Payable (AP) and tax.
  • Record expense-related journal vouchers (JVs), including prepaid expenses and accruals.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate reports and analysis on AP aging, tax liabilities, and financial risks.
  • Prepare and provide marketing and royalty reports as required.
  • Support external and internal audits by coordinating document requests and addressing inquiries.

Ad Hoc Projects & Other Responsibilities

  • Identify, update, and implement improvements to accounting and internal control procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements to streamline processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and regulations.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
