Job Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day escalation from customers.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Preparing monthly reports and documentation.
Upholding company’s customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Minimum Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin (and Cantonese preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complaints and irate customers.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Strong analytical skills to identify causes of problems and recommend solutions.
