Job Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day escalation from customers.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Building relationships with distributors or customers and listening to their feedback or concerns to improve retention.
  • Providing recommendations or upselling products or business solutions that may better suit customers’ needs.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Monitoring and keeping track of goods delivery as per schedule.
  • Maintaining a systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents.
  • Preparing monthly reports and documentation.
  • Upholding company’s customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin (and Cantonese preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complaints and irate customers.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify causes of problems and recommend solutions.
