Job description

Role: Customer Success Specialist Japanese

Start date: 21-Apr, 2 June

Headcount: 3, 4

Location: KL, G Tower

Project: Reservation project

Budget: Up to RM 6900 Housing (600RM) for EP holders and language allowance (1000RM)

Shift Schedule: Mon-Sun, 6:00am-23:00 pm (Rotational shift)

Note: Fresh graduates are welcome, customer service experience preferred


Overview:
Responsible for providing overall reservations and related support to customers via phone, email, or fax. Processes transactions, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills in required language & English
  2. Excellent commercial understanding
  3. Problem solving skills
  4. Sense of responsibility
  5. Independent and customer friendly
  6. Experience in Customer Care, internet, and hotel industry

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, email, and fax
  2. Handle customer requests by phone and email
  3. Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations
  4. Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrange special requests
  5. Act as a liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints
  6. Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support
