Shift Schedule: Mon-Sun, 6:00am-23:00 pm (Rotational shift)
Note: Fresh graduates are welcome, customer service experience preferred
Overview:
Responsible for providing overall reservations and related support to customers via phone, email, or fax. Processes transactions, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
