Job Responsibilities:

  1. New Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
    Initiate and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with clients, understanding and aligning with their unique needs and objectives.
    Conduct comprehensive consultations and gap analyses to tailor our services for maximum impact.
    Lead product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions.
  2. Client Onboarding & Setup:
    Manage the configuration and setup of new client systems, ensuring a seamless transition.
    Deliver targeted training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to utilize our solutions effectively.
    Oversee data migration processes, guaranteeing a smooth onboarding experience.
  3. Ongoing Assistance & Support:
    Provide continuous support post-launch, monitoring usage and satisfaction to enhance client productivity in partnership with our solutions.
    Work collaboratively across teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
  4. Country Leadership:
    As the Country Lead for Malaysia, be responsible for leading and expanding the FR8Labs Malaysian team, including hiring and coaching our Malaysian team, and assisting to grow Fr8Lab’s market share and brand presence locally.
    Represent Fr8labs in Malaysia, driving initiatives that align with regional goals and company-wide objectives.
    Cultivate a strong network within the local logistics and tech ecosystems to support Fr8labs’ expansion.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, with a proven track record of building positive relationships.
  3. Leadership experience, particularly in setting strategic directions and managing operations in Malaysia is a bonus.
  4. Experience in freight forwarding business and any other logistics industry is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of English. Being able to communicate in Mandarin will be a strong advantage.
  6. Strong technical skills, with an aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving.
  7. Organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Experience in ERP or accounting solutions implementation (e.g., Microsoft D365, Accurate) is a plus.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  11. Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection.
  12. A great attitude and a lack of ego, willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
  13. Willingness to invent the future and push yourself outside of your comfort zone.
