We are seeking an experienced, innovative, driven Customer Success Consultant with a passion for logistics and making business processes more efficient. You are skilled in business process management, and you love to investigate ways to make business processes more efficient. You will be responsible for taking the business process of a client’s problem and bringing optimization solutions as part of a product solution. You will also play a key role in client process optimization, onboarding, and business processes along with supporting our internal teams and existing and new clients.

You are motivated by change and new solutions. Working with Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will plan and execute the work ensuring that the teams have the appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing timelines against an overall strategic roadmap plan. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is therefore essential to be successful in this role.

You can expect to work with some seriously bright people on challenging and interesting projects from day one. You can expect to be exposed to new and emerging technologies, to be given responsibility, and to have your opinions heard and listened to.

What You’ll do:

  • Work with cross-functional matrixed teams from architects, developers, engineers
  • Write requirements, validate, and approve requirements documentation
  • Identify bottlenecks in business processes and devise solutions to these problems
  • Lead a collaborative and dynamic business process optimization analysis
  • Be passionate about understanding emerging technologies and adapting to client problems
  • Collaborate across the company with the appropriate groups related to the program
  • Lead organizational and operational change management initiatives in collaboration with client leadership

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of business process management experience
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Malay and English spoken and written communication is required
  • Experience in working in logistics and transportation business processes is a must
  • Good knowledge of business process improvement (i.e. Lean/Six Sigma) is optimal
  • Experience in business analytics, monitoring, and reporting is desired
  • Proactive, consultative, and an excellent problem solver
  • Comfortable working with new technology and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team Player
