Customer Service Work From Home (Fluent in Thai)

Customer Service Work From Home (Fluent in Thai) - Immediate Hiring

We are committed to nurturing talents and providing opportunities for growth and development. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. This role is open to both local Thai candidates and Malaysian candidates fluent in Thai, and given that it is a 100% work-from-home position.

Working Hours: Willing to work in a permanent shift (6 working days per week and 10 working hours per shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Receive transactions from users regarding customer service or related needs based on the scope of support provided and ensure that all communication with customers is within the guidelines.
  • Determine appropriate action to be taken on the customer’s inquiries, which may include problem determination and appropriate next steps.
  • Inform customers of the appropriate next steps and work with them to achieve issue resolution.
  • Maintain proficiency in programs, products, and/or platforms assigned and be accountable for providing a response to the customers.
  • Provide guidance and training to subordinates.
  • Complete job duties directed by superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor degree holder in any field.
  • Own a computer or laptop with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to speak, read & write Thai & English is mandatory.
  • Ensure that calls are handled professionally in Thai language.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
