Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Operator) to join our team.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify clients’ requirements and ensure they are answered or routed to the appropriate support area.
2. Provide operational support to clients by answering calls and online queries, analyze reported issues, and offer appropriate advice and/or answers.
3. Keep and update reported issues and work closely with the Technical Support team to assure quality customer service.
4. Provide feedback to enhance existing programs by analyzing business objectives and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
5. Provide product and technical guidelines for clients and educate clients on how to use the new features or add-on programs.
6. Undertake other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Education Background: At least graduated from diploma in any field.
2. Experience: Any customer service experience, especially from Call Center, Helpdesk Support, or equivalent is preferred.
3. Ability to communicate (verbal & written) in BOTH English and Mandarin (MUST).
4. Able to read and write in Mandarin as this position is required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
6. No issue to work on 24-hour shifts.
7. Good in stress tolerance and able to learn independently.
8. Preferably candidates can multi-task and are eager to learn.
